SITUATION IN UKRAINE: 15 – 21, 2024.

Ukrainian troops continue their offensive in the Kursk region on Russian territory. Even though the pace of advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has decreased over the week, Russian troops are not able to completely stabilize the situation in this region. The Ukrainian army is seeking to expand the combat zone, strengthen the flanks of the advancing group, and occupy the south of the Glushkovsky district.

SITUATION IN UKRAINE: 11–1 July 7, 2024.

Personnel rotations in the Cabinet of Ministers are being prepared in Ukraine. There are most likely no plans to replace the total composition of the Government headed by Prime Minister D. Shmygal. Answering a question from journalists about the resignation of the Government, V. Zelensky admitted that there may be personnel changes in the Cabinet of Ministers with "some ministers." "We can't just talk about a change in the prime minister; this suggests that there may be changes in the government, and they probably can be.

SITUATION IN UKRAINE: June 13–19, 2024.

The results of the Global Peace Summit, which took place this weekend in Switzerland (15-16 June), suggest that Ukraine and its allies can begin the negotiation process and are creating the necessary conditions. The summit was organized with the support of Ukraine's European allies, including the leaders of the European Commission, as well as Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other countries. However, the event took place in partial accordance with Ukraine's plans.
