On March 27, 2022, in an interview with Russian media, President V. Zelensky stated that he agreed to the neutral status of Ukraine, subject to security guarantees. V.Zelensky: “Security guarantees and neutrality, non-nuclear status of our state. We are ready to go for it. This is the most important point.
