On March 29, in Turkey, there was a negotiation between the Ukrainian and the Russian delegation on the opening of the river.

V.Zelensky: “Security guarantees and neutrality, non-nuclear status of our state. We are ready to go for it. This is the most important point. This was the first point of principle for the Russian Federation, as far as I remember. And as far as I remember, they started a war because of this.
The war in Ukraine marks, among other things, the end of the era of the unipolar world, which began in 1989 with the withdrawal of the USSR from Western Europe and ended in the 2020s with the economic leadership of the PRC and the "rebellion of the underestimated" - the Turkey, India, Brazil, England, Russian Federation, Afghanistan, Iran, Venezuela and other countries – which today are trying to independently determine their sovereignties.
