A new missile attack on January 14 by the Russian Federation significantly worsened the situation in the Ukrainian energy sector. Ukraine has already been subjected to 12 massive rocket attacks, in just 1 day three waves of rocket attacks were carried out, and arrivals were recorded in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, and Lviv regions. For the first time since the beginning of the war, an attack on Kyiv occurred before the announcement of an air raid.

The Russian Federation continues to implement its criminal strategy of destroying Ukraine's critical infrastructure to provoke a humanitarian crisis and a blackmail negotiation process.

On November 30, 2022, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Ms. Odile Renaud-Basso, delivered a presentation lecture “The EBRD’s role in a turbulent world” at the University of Tokyo within the framework of her working visit to Japan. A significant part of the speech of the EBRD’s CEO was devoted to the Bank's activities to support Ukraine in the context of the ongoing full-scale Russian aggression against our country.

RF continues the strategy of missile terror, with the goal of the destruction of the Ukrainian critical infrastructure.
