A new missile attack on January 14 by the Russian Federation significantly worsened the situation in the Ukrainian energy sector. Ukraine has already been subjected to 12 massive rocket attacks, in just 1 day three waves of rocket attacks were carried out, and arrivals were recorded in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, and Lviv regions. For the first time since the beginning of the war, an attack on Kyiv occurred before the announcement of an air raid.
