The plan didn’t work
The Kiev regime has been talking about a counteroffensive since last fall. They waited for him in the winter, then in the spring, but the VSU moved forward only in the first days of June.
This week, a significant personnel reshuffle of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is expected to occur. According to government officials, the composition of the Government will be changed by more than 50%. The main reason for these rotations is additional funding from allies against an increasing budget deficit, reaching UAH 500 billion (USD 12 billion).
Ukrainian troops continue their offensive in the Kursk region on Russian territory. Even though the pace of advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has decreased over the week, Russian troops are not able to completely stabilize the situation in this region. The Ukrainian army is seeking to expand the combat zone, strengthen the flanks of the advancing group, and occupy the south of the Glushkovsky district.
