The war in Ukraine is entering its fifth year – but according to Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Politics, the biggest obstacle to peace isn't on the battlefield. Quatre ans après le début des hostilités, la perspective d’un règlement de paix durable reste incertaine et semée d’embûches.

Il y a quatre ans, le 24 février 2022, la Russie lançait une «opération militaire spéciale» contre l’Ukraine, au terme de plusieurs années de tensions aiguës liées à des différends stratégiques en matière de sécurité et d’équilibres géopolitiques.
