Born in 1986.
In 2011, he graduated from the National Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Drahomanov, majoring in History and Law, and received a Master’s degree with the qualification of a teacher.
In 2024, he completed postgraduate studies at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in Philosophy and defended his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. The title of the dissertation: “Democracy as a Socio-Cultural Phenomenon: General and Particular.”
He is the author of several dozen academic and journalistic articles.
His research interests lie at the intersection of social philosophy, political science, history, and cultural studies.

Democracy as a socio-cultural phenomenon — studying the general patterns and specific features of the development of democracy in different cultural contexts.

Philosophical foundations of popular sovereignty — in particular, the study of functional principles of democracy, such as mechanisms of delegation and selection.

Dynamics of the world order — democracy is considered as a key factor in the transformation of the contemporary global order.
He also specializes in issues related to the development of the education system — both secondary and higher education — particularly the functioning of the Bologna Process and the transformation of modern educational models.
Candidate Master in chess. In 2000, he became the youngest Candidate Master in chess in Kyiv. He works as a chess coach and organizer of intellectual chess projects.
