Oksana Krasovskaya — expert and analyst at the Ukrainian Institute of Politics, Kyiv.

Since 2020, she has been writing articles and analytical papers for the Ukrainian Institute of Politics. Author of more than 200 analytical works, including: regular reviews “Weekly Results” (since 2021 to the present) and “Yearly Results” (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025); analytical study “Global Governance Initiative: China as the Initiator of a New World Design” (2025); analytical report “G7 and Ukraine: The United States Adjusts Its Rhetoric of Support While Preserving Room for a Deal with Russia” (2025); analytical paper “On the Conclusion of the State Service of Ukraine on Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience Regarding the Affiliation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church with the Russian Orthodox Church: What Was Not Taken into Account?” (2025); analytical note “Compellence to Peace: Donald Trump’s New Strategy Toward the War in Ukraine” (2024); analytical overview “The Economy of the Russian-Ukrainian War (2022–2024)”; review “1000 Days of War in Ukraine” (2024); and the research “What to Do with the Autonomous Republic of Crimea: 7 Models for the Future of Ukraine and the World” (2023).

Author of the scientific article: “Global Strategic Loneliness as a New Factor of International Politics: Lessons of Ukraine and Challenges for Europe in U.S. Foreign Policy” (2025). The article was included in the international analytical book “Hybrid Threats — Strategic Dynamics, Geopolitical and Economic Consequences of Donald Trump’s Second Term in the White House”, prepared by Italian researchers Francesco D’Arrigo (founder and director of the Italian Institute for Strategic Studies “Niccolò Machiavelli”) and Tommaso Alessandro De Filippo. The article was also published separately in the international scientific journal Ukrainian Policymaker.

She is the author of the books: “Seven Scenarios for Ukraine: From Triumph to Decline” (2022), “The Price of War: The Cost and Consequences of the War in Ukraine and the Annexation of Crimea” (2021), as well as other studies and analytical works.

 

Additional Information and Education

From December 2019 to March 2020, she completed an internship at the Ukrainian Institute of Politics in political science, political technologies, and media.

From October 2018 to December 2019, she studied under the program of the Center for Political Education for the training of assistants to Members of Parliament of Ukraine in Kyiv, including an internship in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

September 1999 – January 2004 — Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture of Buildings and Structures (full-time studies).
February 2004 – June 2005 — Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, Specialist degree in Architecture of Buildings and Structures (full-time studies).
