▪ 2011 – Graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.▪ 2012–2015 – Studied in postgraduate (PhD) program in the specialty “Social Structures and Social Relations” at the Faculty of Sociology, Taras Shevchenko National
University of Kyiv.
▪ In December 2013, he was a co-organizer of a sociological study of direct participants of Euromaidan during the Revolution of Dignity (this study is one of the three
sociological surveys of Maidan participants conducted during the period of active protests).
▪ Since 2014, he has been working in the field of electoral sociology. He consults members of local self-government bodies and political actors at the national level,
conducts sociological research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies, segments the electoral field, identifies strategic niches, analyzes voters’ needs, and
develops communication strategies and approaches.
▪ Over the years of working in the field of sociological support for election campaigns, he developed an author’s methodology called “Conversion Model”, which
combines qualitative and quantitative research methods. In practice, it helps to model the existing political landscape and determine the potential level of support through
the construction of complex ratings.
▪ Pedantic attention to detail in developing research tools and conducting sociological studies enables clients to receive verified data for making both tactical and
strategic decisions. Thanks to this cooperation, some clients have managed, within five years, to progress from candidates for district council positions to members of the
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
▪ 2020 – the year of formal establishment. In this year, together with Ruslan Bortnik, Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Politics, a decision was made to formalize
cooperation and establish the public organization “Pulse” – Center for Sociological Research. The creation of the organization made it possible to form a permanent
research team that not only provides sociological support for election campaigns but also helps develop, and sometimes create, communication strategies for clients
between election cycles.
▪ Since 2021, cooperation with international organizations has been established. Through a combination of research methodologies and the involvement of leading
experts from other fields, comprehensive studies were conducted on “reducing the negative consequences of the introduction of the land market in Ukraine”, as well as
an analysis of the “social effects of the modernization of Ukrzaliznytsia”.
